Emerging Themes on Factors Influencing Career and Employment Decisions: Voices of Individuals with Disabilities from Four Gulf Countries

Understanding the range of factors influencing career and employment decisions individuals with disabilities is crucial for policy makers, businesses, other stakeholders to support integrate in economic social capital Arab-Gulf. The purpose this sttudy was investigate that influence making about their employment. We explore how Arab adults explain experiences, challenges, barriers. interviewed 15 from four Arab-Gulf countries: Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia. Our findings reveal eight decision-making process work future goals. Two distinct emerging themes were identified as disabilities: individual attributes environmental factors.
